The History

Things began to change unexpectedly while walking along Venice Beach one day when his assistant urged him to get a card reading. Dr. Pearl resisted, not even wanting to spend ten dollars on the reading out of politeness. But thankfully he agreed to the reading — setting in motion a series of incredible discoveries that would lead him to Reconnective Healing®.

The card reader mentioned to Dr. Pearl that she could also help him use axiatonal lines to reconnect the body’s meridians with the earth and universe. It sounded far-fetched to Dr. Pearl, who had never even heard of axiatonal lines until that day. Still, he walked away from the reading with only a lingering sense of curiosity.

After reading more about axiatonal lines and meridian lines, Dr. Pearl contacted the card reader for a follow-up visit for her to trace lines along his body with her fingers and provide a sense of alignment and healing.

Unsure whether the session had any effect, Dr. Pearl was amazed two days later — when he awoke in the night to his bedside lamp suddenly turning itself on. He thought there was a home intruder. In fact, he was beginning to see changes in the light and energy around him.

Suddenly attune to new things, Dr. Pearl began reading voraciously, visiting psychics and seers, listening to strangers with devoted attention, and generally seeing and interacting with the world more than ever before. He lost interest in television. He started feeling vibrations and hearing singing voices — and his patients started reacting to the changes, amazingly.

A young girl with scoliosis visited Dr. Pearl and was almost completely healed instantly. Another patient came to Dr. Pearl with an inoperable tumor that disappeared within days.
